Oh. Well...I guess that's not as bad as just doing it cuz she was horny. I can't remember it clearly but I could've sworn I remembered her not liking Connor until then.
 
i dont think she really liked him in that way really, I mean before she got turned into a higher bein and then lost her memory i think she thought of him as a mother, but when she lost her memory kinda thought him as a friend, someone who was protecting her, but when the fire balls came down she didn't want the world to end, and him not experence things. SO she gave herself to him.

Lol^ but seriously someone somewhere said in a karma quote that she wasn't possessed till after the fire storm, well it had been proven she was in Insideout, where they gather that on the return of her memories they "wroke it up" so therefore she was controlled by Jasmine and before she was trying to help both Conner and Angel bond in the eppy where she goes back to her vision she sees them playing and tells him later and says it was beautifull, so
the Cordy after Spin the bottle wasn't herself.The whole relationship was GROSS! the real Cordy wouldn't of taken advantage of Conner like that.

Well, even if he did enjoy the actual encounter in and of itself, there's also all those other horrible things Jasmine manipulated him into. (I also feel I should mention that there's plenty of rape victims who physically enjoyed their rape, but are still mentally traumatized by it afterwards. Often, enjoying the encounter makes it all the worse, because of the humiliation that comes along with pleasure caused by violation.)

No, no, no, no, no, no and NO on the whole Connor/Cordy thing. Major grossage. And I believe that Cordy never meant to have a proper RELATIONSHIP, luvvy-duvvy style and all that jazz, it was just that one time, cos she wanted him to experience things (the world WAS ending after all) and besides, that's basically what she was saying when she walked in on Angel and Connor fighting in Awakening.

EDIT: Even if it was a dream, that would probably have happened, one way or another.
 
No, no, no a thousand times no! This ship is just not meant to be and it is sooooo wrong!!! My god, Cordy was nursing Connor when he was a baby, it's just so wrong of her to be with him! I can't believe that people would even entertain this idea. When they were together in Angel it made me cringe all the time, I'm just glad that Cordy was in a coma for most of it as if they'd been really coupley it would have been sickening.
 
It was completely gross....she was like a mother to him when he was a baby and then she slept with him?? Icky!!!

Weird and unnatural if you ask me.
 
I didn't find it apalling that he and Cordy slept together as it played a crucial role for the plot, but a long-term relationship? Nope. Connor sucks as a character, and he and Cordelia have little chemistry, if any at all. She belongs with Angel.
 
::nono:: : erm : Icky. I know it had to be done for plot reasons but, it's hard to watch without feeling ill.

Remember that funny little thing where if he's perfectly happy he KILLS EVERYONE?!?

Well, uh ... since the shaman guy took Angel's soul by making him think he had sex with Cordy, I'm guessing the whole Angel/Cordelia relationship might have been a very good thing to avoid.
 
I thought their relatoinship was a little, well, creepy. I mean, I wanted Cordy and Angel to get together! And I guess I wouldn't find it that creepy if Conner was already a teenager on the show but the fact that Cordy was mothering him one season and doing it with him the other just didn't seem right. I also thought it was weird that he got her pregnant and their baby was a woman, but that's another topic...
 
My problem with the relationship was that it once again made Conner out to be this super gullible character and he just didn't physically look dumb enough to be such a sucker and besides you'd think by then he would have learned to be a little skeptical about people using him.
