I found this online yesterday while searching for Buffy Fan Films. I'm not too sure what the show is about actually, but I know it's about a Slayer named Sarah. The episodes are done in animation and they can mostly be described as video games.

The first episode I watched a vampire took her down to a nest so she could practice. Sarah says, "How do I kill them?" and the vampire says, "Stab a stake through their hearts." I'm guessing the vampire who's helping her is meant to be kind of like Angel. The fighting scenes are pretty bad too.
