Hello everyone
The Site Administrators would just like to remind everyone that if they have any problems, then please contact a Moderator (Junior Partner) first, or a Super Moderator (Head of Special Projects) before contacting a member of the Admin team. More than likely they will be able to answer your question/query and if not then they will forward it to an Admin who will deal with it as promptly as they are able to.
The best thing to do first, is to post in the Angel Investigations forum, which is our help forum and your problem or question will be answered by whichever member of staff is online at the time. It might also be wise to check our F.A.Q. too, and to do a search to make sure no-one else has also posted the same question or problem that you have.
Please only email Admins in urgent circumstances, such as not being able to log into the boards, or if you are unable to use your PM's etc. Emailing the Admins to ask "How do I change my avatar or put a banner in my signature" is not something that is urgent. 😉
It is also worth remembering that the Mods & Admins may visit the boards before they check their emails, or they may not go straight to the board after they do check them, which means that it is easy for them to miss or forget about non-urgent emails. However, if you post in the Help Forum or PM them on the boards, they can begin working on your problem straight away, and you will get a much quicker repsonse.
Please bear in mind, that the more time that the Admins spend answering questions or dealing with problems that could have been dealt with by Moderators or Super Moderators, then the less time they have to concentrate on making the board better, and working on improvements etc. Remember we are here to help, and it's not that we don't want to talk to you, but this will help us run the board more efficiently and also make sure that you get faster resolutions to your problems too.🙂
