I am now addressing all of the BBGT contestants:
KristenVictoria, SeeingBlue, Queen Crabbit, BuffyHead, HisMrs, and all members of "The Replacements".
The next two weeks of the BBGT shows will be fairly simple and straightforward.....you turn in performances, and we the Judges evaluate.
But here's the thing, these two weeks will be used to determine which of you will be the very first contestant to be eliminated from the competition.
It'll be a sort of "double elimination" scoring, and it will be Judges only scoring. Audience voting will not be implemented until later rounds. We feel this is fairer in the early going, to insure that the talent gets a fair shake, and not merely the most popular performer.....which seems to be the malady that permeates most television talent competitions.
BBGT is aiming to crown that person or persons who has the most talent, not the one who has the cutest hair, or whatever the reason may be. 😛
Getting back to what I was saying about the scoring......if you have scored lower than anyone else after two shows, you are eliminated from competition.
The first week (the show airs next Tuesday, the 22nd) will have you all turning in your video performances to us, as before, with you all performing the music of YOUR choice.
The second week's performances will consist of you all turning in your videos consisting of music that the JUDGES ASSIGN YOU.
Now, I will say this to you all now so that it is clear:
ANYONE who does not turn in a video performance by the time the BBGT shows "air" each and every week will be disqualified. There are no exceptions to this rule.
I don't do this to be a heartless bastard. I am completely aware and do understand that all BB members have a fairly active offline life, and sometimes delays are inevitable. But we Staffers cannot hold up or postpone a show for anyone. It wouldn't be fair to the other contestants, or us for that matter. Very sorry, but that's the way it has to be.

Concerning your performances for next week.....BuffyHead has already turned in the newest entry for "The Replacements" so that's set on their part. I have also taken the liberty of giving her my *Judge's Challenge* song for her to perform in two weeks time. That just leaves her solo performance for NEXT week, the same as the rest of you. So let's please get cracking on those vids, ladies.
The rest of you shall receive your *Judges Challenge* shortly. The other Judges are busy thinking up music for ya'll. 😉
Well, I think I've covered what I needed to say. For now, at least. You all may of course leave any questions and/or feedback on this thread if you wish, as much as you wish.
