Part ONE:Visions in the blinding light
------------------

Lights of the eternal realm glissened on the cheeks of Cordelia. A sudden force of wind flew through her hair. Wind? She never felt it there before. Was it possible that someone, more likely something, was trying to send her a message?Just the thought made her shiver.
"Who's there?" Cordy asked in a whisper. Once again, the forceful wind flew through her hair. The unknown wind blew again, this time Cordys' head lunged back with it. Cordelias' head tilted forward and her eyes flashed open.
The scene around her was of a nightclub. Something about it gave off vibes. But what? Cordy looked at the bar.
"The Bronze." she said, not amazed.
Behind her, she could hear the crowd rumbling, which turned into a brawl. But then a familiar voice stood out. Caught her ear. "Angel!" Cordy yelled, whipping her body around. As she peered across the room, Cordelia could see him fighting a shadowy creature. She opened her mouth to speak, but no word would form from her tongue. Without reason, a female dived onto her, both of them sliding across the floor.
Could it be the first Slayer?, she thought. The tribal paint, tacky clothes and the HAIR! Of course it was. Still over Cordy, she peered into her eyes. Her mouth opened and slowly words formed, "Go back."
An eyebrow arched and a blank stare came over Cordys' face.
"Go back, to where it began." the Primitive said.
The forceful wind had returned, but this time knocking Cordy unconscious.

***A vision of the nightclubblurred in her eyes. The scenery changed as a car roared by, revealing the Los Angeled nightlife. Cordelias' eyes opened completely, to see a freeway of cars and herself stretched across the median. Everything seemed to be blotted out, but one thought couldn't be over looked. Go back to where it began. What the first Slayer had said. But what did she mean? Go back to what? And how could a vision be so powerful to knock me out of paradise? Too many questions, but why do I have a feeling that soon they'll be answered? . . . . . . . . . . .

Itresting, When is this set after Not fade away? Keep going I wanna know why she was knocked outta paradise!

Part TWO: From the shadows calls a voice...

A blonde figure could be seen through the cracks of a cave wall. The woman faced
the opposite direction, not to reveal her face. Behind the woman, chains clinged
togrther. As if someone who were chained was trying to escape. No! Could it be her?
Not the HellMouths last guardian! "Buffy Summers." said the voice, similar to hers.
On the wall, blood dripped from the mouth of a chained Buffy. "What are you? The
First?" she asked, still coughing up blood. "Ooo! No! Don't ever compare me to that
thing. I'm much superior to all beings. Dimansions bow down to me." the woman
turned around..."You're me!" yelled Buffy with a histerical laugh. "Well why
wouldn't i be?" she asked. "For one, you suck at the witty banter." replied Buffy.

The Buffy double walked closer towards her. "Shut your mouth! Your insolence will
not be tolerated. You, the Slayer can't even conceive what I am. Something that
imitates, that cannot be killed. I am but a shadow. A creature that follows. I am you.
Your thoughts." the creature said, walking closer to her. She grabbed her cheeks
and pushed Buffy against the wall. Behind the "shadow" a strip of light shined
through on Buffy. "I hope you know you' ve messed up. Willows coming and she'll
be pissed." Buffy said in a laugh. "The scorned Wicca. I don't think she is ready.
She isn't even close to my level of magicks." the shadow said. Buffys head lifted up
as she heard ritualistic chanting. "Let me guess, the monks?" Buffy asked, "Really
suckers for the mojo." "Hush!" screamed the shadow. She reached forward,
back-slapping Buffy. The ritual chanting began to grow louder. Three whitely robrd
men entered the room. "Ah, don't you just love that sound? The words, they just
soothe the soul, or the flesh." said the shadow in an annoying Buffy voice.
"You need the chanting, don't you? To keep you anchored in this world.?" asked
Buffy. "Well duh. Corporeal to boot." Buffy raised from her knees and to her feet.
"Thanks for the info." Buffy said with a smirk. She pulled her arms down, breaking
the chains. "Try it blondy." said the shadow. Buffy pulled a stake from her pocket
and jammed it into "it's" ribs. Instantly, Buffy began to bleed from her stomach.
"I'm your shadow. You can't hurt me."..................... €œBut call me the Shadow
Master."
