Angel in Finale? WB ain't standing in the way!

Angel has moved from Monday to 9 p.m. Wednesday this month to bolster ratings before contract renewal talks start for the Buffy spin-off starring David Boreanaz.

Regardless of Angel's fate, Mr. Levin says he's given Mr. Whedon permission to reunite Buffy and Angel on UPN for Ms. Gellar's finale, if she's quitting the role.

"I told Joss that if it was creatively justified, and in the best interest of the show's storytelling, and something he feels is necessary, I certainly wouldn't stand in the way," Mr. Levin says.
 
Well obviously there have been more and more signs recently that possibly we could have a major cross-over at some point this season other than Faith. I know Angel will attempt to contact Buffy soon, but I'm not positive rather or not he actually does.
 
allycat...you sound like a mod...please refrain from authority figures...

a crossover is always beneficial...i don't know why they never did it more often seeing it always boosted ratings..
 
I left this one open too as since it's in the S7 forum it can go into spoiler-y areas of discussion that Uk people might not want to read. While the other's in the news forum and is more news-y.

So what ??? ... No, I'm not a mod, but does that mean I have to sit back and watch ... I noticed there were two threads about this, and I though let's do everybody a favour and get us discussing this together!
