does everyone think these two would make a good couple? i think that they would look really cute together, but would it work.i like to think so... but then there is Groo...

Lol I agree with the above....why can't they just get together and have done. I mean it's not that difficult for Joss to be nice surely?!?!
 
But i think its difficult for all future partners of buffy and angel - cordy know angel will always ::heart:: buffy! And there would always be adoubt in her mind that if he could have her again, hed drop her like a hat and go! And he would.
But since he cant have buffy, i think angel and cordy would be great together!

but if history is anything to go by
these two are like the poster children for 'how to kill a relationship in three words or less'
and they havent had one relationship thhat has ended in a friendship
angel - darla well shes dead so not a fairytale, dru (love?) well he made her crazy - nuff said, and Buffy the all time most drawn out relationship with so many open wounds its no wonder its slowly bleeding to death (wow that was a gruesome metaphor, SORRY)

cordelia - every guy on every team, xander - just watch 'The Zeppo', Doyle - gave her visions now shes part demon, and wesley - she wished him a good trip, yup lots of preshow, no encore.

so there we have it
either joss is gonna throw a curve ball and give them a relationship thatll work or hell keep them apart and everything will just tottle along like it is now.
but cordy would be a cute mommy, plus she knows about the prophecy, so no awkward explainations needed there

you see, i retire to my wes threads when i am tired, it was a peaceful thread until i stupidly posted the thread, the end? and katie put up that picture and since i saw it ive gone a lil nuts.

They are the worst 'ship ever. This relationship is so messed up, it's not even funny. Number one, Angel and Cordelia were set up to have a brotherly/sisterly relationship. You can see this clearly during the first season of Angel. It's like incest, and them being together is about as equally as disgusting. Second, the 'ship has completely screwed over the characters. Since when is Angel all light and happy? Yes, characters can change. But not this quickly, not this dramatically, and not to Angel. The show was based on Angel atoning for his sins and helping the helpless, not about how cute a relationship is!

sammy, you will understand us one day, im sure, but i don't really understand myself but anya understands me, (I think,) and she doesn't seem to understand herself sometimes, but i understand her. it's weird

angels soul, i don't agree. i think they would make a cute couple, and also, angel all broody is good, but a bit of happy angel is good too, yes? i think it's cool that his character is happy again.

But we've seen happier Angel before. Just look throughout the seasons. He's been darker and broodier, but he has an amazingly witty and dry sense of humor. They come out all the time. His "happiness" right now is just so out of character.
