I didn't like them together. I mean, Gru was kind of nice, but he was ... sorry to say that but... he was kind but dumb. Nothing for Cordelia. She needs a man with initiative and intellect to stand up against her. Gru would have done whatever she wanted him to do. She would have grown bored very soon.
