Okay this is purely based on what I read on the stranger things message board, bu from the promo that was on sunday night, it appears Angel grabs Cordy and gives her a big fat smooch. Some are speculating it ws a dream sequence, but it is definitely in there (and currently being analyzed to death) 😀
 
I know the story on this. It is and isn't a dream. It's really both. Cordy uses her powers to enter Angel's coma-esqe fantasy.
 
Okay I officially love you.....I've just seen some pictures of a feast...and it's all very strange. But very cute observation; whilst the gang are all drinking wine at the dinner table, Connor has a glas of milk 😀
 
...and it will probably add some fascinating plot complications, too.
 
wonder what Buff would think of Cordy once she finds out her ex. is with an old friend...? IF she finds out i mean. 😉

Surely that would be just *too* trite, and it sounds like the sort of thing they're trying to avoid for Season 4. (I hope...)
 
I think that Joss Whedon should end the two shows together and in the end Angel and Buffy get back together.

Well in any case: YES, Angelus will be back, mid-season, in an attempt to stop some kind of demon, they need a Hannibal Lector-like person. So they turn Angel into Angelus ... and to stop Angelus, they well he's a vamp., need a Slayer: FAITH!!!!
 
So who is going to cast the famous curse this time round? Or is he going to get his soul back by other means? Like Spike for example
 
Willow returned his soul previously before he was cast into the hell demension.

I'm under the impression they somehow manage to turn him into Angelus temporarily. Remember the drug thing from last season? Maybe they do something like that so he can fight this Hannibal creep more effectively. Guess we'll see soon enough.
 
Yes that's what I've been thinking, but was the drug thing from Angel Season 1 temporary or did they do a spell to reverse the effect, I can't seem to remember!
 
Wes knocked him out and he and Cordy chained himt to the bed. Once the drug wore off he got back to normal.
They better think of something new, because bringing back Angelus on purpose and then getting Angel back by cursing him has been done and I am not keen on watching repeats.
