Cordy/Graduation/FX Question

Okay, just finished the first 3 seasons on FX, and Graduation part 2 is Cordy's last episode, right? Well, I'm aware that FX edits the Buffy episodes down to a smaller size (i.e. taking out Cordy's ebola quote) but I was wondering if Cordy said goodbye, going to LA, try to be famous, etc, and left, or did she just stop appearing on the show and you'd have to watch Angel to know what happened to her? I'm thinking FX might have edited her saying she was leaving out, unless that somes sometime in season 4....thanks if you answer me.

yeah thats really weird isn't it? i thought she would at least say goodbye to xander after all she was his honey! but she might fell a little shamed due to losing all the money! xander always made a point of her being the rich girl didn't he?😀

Huh! I never thought of that. Then again, I never saw the Angel pilot either. I'm sure that episode explains it all.

Well, the pilot of "Angel" (City Of...) doesn't really explain much about Cordy, just that she left to persue an acting career. I'm kind of confused as to why they didn't show Cordy leaving. They knew Charisma was going over to do "Angel", why not have a little goodbye in there somewhere?

How do you know she didn't say goodbye sometime during summer?! Would you say goodbye three months early?

I think it was just natural for Cordy to leave Sunnydale, after all she always came across as the go-getter who wanted to live the high life and become famous.

As for her not saying goodbye to the others, Xander in particular, well hadn't her and Xander ended their short lived love affair anyways? I mean, she probably just wanted to leave it all behind her and forget about all that 'other' stuff.😀

The Angel season opener just led you to believe she just up and left Sunnydale for the bright lights and big city.
