Cordy Time!

Hey everyone!
Buffy and Cordy are my number one spot 🙂 so I'm curious to ask if the Scooby Gang know anything about Cordy, as in that she died? I would expect some reaction especially from Xander but I'm not sure.

In Season 8 when Buffy is dreaming about her old life, Cordelia is there picking on Willow (since this seems like the season 1 era) and Buffy tells Willow that she will be a witch and Cordy will die (which I felt was harsh but anyway). Buffy knew, but I don't know how.

In Angel After the Fall she appears to Angel while he's dying or something, I was very happy to see her there. If I'm not mistaken she appears again but it isn't really her.

That's All I read so far but from what I can see is that Cordy isn't in Buffy Season 9 nor is she in Angel & Faith but she makes an appearance on Willow Wonderland (Wonderland is it?) kinda like a flash back or something. Can anyone confirm this and are there any images and what she's doing there?

If I missed a Cordy let me know!

I've always found it a little strange that her death wasn't mentioned or referenced at all on BTVS. Considering she was a main character in the first three seasons, and the female lead on the spinoff, that has always struck me as a little odd. I know that she was a very entrenched "Angel" character and that the BTVS cast had really moved on from her, but it was still strange that she was never even mentioned. I mean, if one of the people I knew really well from high school died tragically just a few years later, I know it would be on my mind, even if I hadn't seen them since.

I really like that S8 issue, but that is a small sequence that bugs me, Buffy being so callous about Cordy's death. Considering that by the end Cordy had done a whole hell of a lot more to help people than Willow, it struck me as pretty mean, even given the context.

Yeah I feel exactly the same way. The Scooby Gang only know the old Cordelia I guess but even as her ''old'' self, I felt she was still a good friend & part of the gang.

Since we at least know Buffy knew I suspect all the gang knows, it was just unmentioned unfortunately.

They barely cared when Anya died. I wouldn't be surprised if they shrugged and changed the subject after learning of Cordelia's death.
