Corrupt

Looks a lot better than "Lonley Hearts" was. I want to see Cordy in her hooker outfit! 😛
 
Well it does sound interesting. But prostitutes gettng murdred...aynone else thinking Jack the Ripper? I realize it's pretty different, but this is just what popped into my head first.
I'm not quite sure what to make of this. The show might've been completely different with this episode. Like, can you imagine kate, who was always more of a goodygoody, as a drug addict? I can't really. And also I believe this could have put a total different spin on Angel as the character.
 
I liked the episode lonely hearts, so I'm not too moved by this. but it does seem interesting nonetheless. Kate's character would definitely have not lasted as long if this episode was made.
 
Sounds like an interesting episode but I understand for the second episode of a show it may be a little to dark.
I was never really a lover or hater of Kate but I think I would prefer her as she is, drug addict prostitute cop sounds a little to much.
 
Hmm, I can totally see Kate as a drug addict. Maybe it's just me, but I think that would have slotted into her character nicely. Especially how it adds a layer of hypocrisy to her.

You know, you could just go to wikipedia and do a search!
I tried "Angel Corrupt" "Angel unaired episode" "Angel unaired" "Corrupt, Angel" to name but a few.

Wow... I can see why that ep would have never made it on the air, considering most of the WB's viewers were probably 13-21 year olds who tuned in after catching "Dawson's Creek" or something like that. This ep sounds like it could have been pretty good, and I think I might have liked Kate's character a little more if they had gone that direction.
I wonder if the outfit Cordelia wore when they went undercover in S2 to spy on Darla was left over from this ep. You know, her "pet me, I'm a whore" outfit? 😉
