could i change my name?

hi there i was wondering if i could change my name I've grown out of this username and i find it diffiutled logging in what with the crosses and all but i would like to change my name i have never changed it on this board before

just wondering if there was any rules like if i had to stick it in my sig or if there was like a time before i could change it again. just setting out some rules for myself ??

Well, you could put something in your sig to let other members know like 'formerly known as Vamp Girl' or something like that but it's not a requirement.😉

There is no actual time limit before you can change it again, we just frown upon members who repeatedly ask for name changes. We assume that members wishing to change their usernames have given it alot of thought before deciding & requesting a new username. 🙂 It gets very confusing for other members too if someone keeps changing their username.😉

yeah totally understandable, its just i wanted to know the rules. becuase on other board. that im on there is a thread that allows peopel to change their name like once ever three months or so. but buffy board doesnt have that so i was just wondering.

Yeah, as Cordelia said, we just don't want to be changing a member's name every other day - as it is confusing and it does take away our time from other board duties. Once in a while is no problem, but we'd had a rash of people asking for their name to be changed, we'd do it and pm them saying we had, and then we'd get a pm back saying "Oh I changed my mind, now I want it to be..." It was just taking up a lot of time unnecessarily.
