I'm planning on going to DragonCon, and getting autographs or pictures, or whatever.

Someone has told me that photo ops are getting your picture taken with the person. So, if I bought one from that site is that like preordering a picture with that person or what?
 
I'm hoping to go, too, since my birthday is that weekend, and I've been hinting strongly that it would make a great family outing. As far as what a photo opportunity is, I think that it means that you can have your picture made with whichever guests are participating. Just take your camera and someone else to take the pictures.
 
most conventions i go to they have an area where u can get ur photo done by a professional on the day 9/10 u have to order tickets from the convention site. unless its a convention where the tickets are a bit more money then some times they come with it.
