My favourite couples are:
Buffy and Angel: They're more or less my favourite characters, save Spike, and I think that they're just meant to be together! I mean, it's such a great Romantic type relationship, you know? Heck, Angel's practically a knight! In my opinion, when Buffy had to kill Angel in Season two is the saddest moment of the entire show.
Willow and Oz. Oz was one of my favourite characters, and I really wish Seth Greene didn't leave the show. I almost cried when they broke up, and I was certainly devestated! As far as Willow and Tara goes, I was quite happy when Warren shot Tara. I really didn't like her.
Xander and Cordy. I don't think anyone's mentioned this one, but I loved it when they were together. I thought that they were nice together. I was sad when they broke up.
I also liked Giles & Jenny, I liked Buffy & Riley, I really did, though, despite my name (it was pretty much the only thing that wasn't already taken I could think of) I didn't love Riley. It was still really sad when he left and Buffy couldn't catch him.
I really love Buffy & Spike, but they just aren't as epic, if you know what I mean, as Buffy and Angel.
I also never really liked Xander & Anya. I was never really all that crazy about Anya. As far as I'm concerned, Xander and Cordy should have stayed together.
And, on one final note, I really hate Willow & Kennedy. During the final battle with the First, I was really hoping that she would die. I wou8ld have much rather she died than Anya.
