What do you guys think? Worth a buy?
 
I say worth. It's related to S8 and explains Riley joining Twilight.

Interesting. So, Riley is the one who's reluctant to help Buffy and Sam is the one pushing him to.

I really don't want Sam to die. I'd like to think that Riley and Sam (along with Oz and Bay) will always be the happily married couple in the verse and it's not all doomed.
 
I say not worth it.
I mean dear lord, more Riley. Zzzz.. the few shots of him so far has nearly bored me into a coma 😉.

I've already pre-ordered it, hopefully it will reveal a little more about what the hell is going on. Also... I don't mind Riley as long as he isn't with Buffy.
Would much rather have Issue 36 released, though.

I don't know. But Angel will be in it, and personally I'm more interested in how Angel decided to become Twilight right now, as well as how Riley decided to help Buffy after all. Though a scene between Buffy and Riley would be great. I'd love to see that date in New York.
 
I think, from what we've seen in S8 it's safe to assume Sam dies in this one-shot. I'm not gonna run out and buy this one though because I kinda hate most of Jane Espenson's writing, especially on Caprica. But it would be interesting to see how Riley and Angel interact with each other, last time Angel totally kicked his *** when they met in Buffy Season Four
 
In agreement with most; I think it's worth buying. If it'll explain some of what compelled Angel to become Twilight, and why Riley decided to help Buffy - sounds interesting.

And in agreement with VampireJason - I'd love to see Riley and Angel interact in anyway.

P.S. I can totally see Riley wanting to start a family and live on a farm with Sam, lol.
 
So... is Sam a goner? She's too good to stay alive in Buffyverse?

I have the impression that Buffy isn't in the issue. She will be talked about but she won't appear in person. (I may be wrong, of course).
 
hmmm. not sure if it's worth it or not. Riley was one of my least favorite characters. But like sosa lola pointed out, it is related to s8 and explains why on earth he would join Twilight. I'd pick this up. Not for Riley, but because Im a comic nerd
 
I always like Riley. It's good to see him in farm, lol. And oh no, I hope Sam won't/didn't die. Too much pain in Buffyverse already.
