Obviously, possible spoilers for issue #31 ahead:

After Willow unearths giant Tibetan goddesses to help in the fight against Twilight and his disposable soldiers, the Slayers are forced to retreat when the goddesses go AWOL and attack indiscriminately. Without powers the Slayers are unable to keep up the fight against missile fire, grenade launchers, and tanks. It would seem that all is lost, and Buffy — all alone — must make her last stand on a battlefield covered in the bodies of friends and foes.

Can somebody please tell me what one-shot means? It continues from issue 30(Retreat Part 5), right? There's another Willow one-shot before this one that does not exactly happen after Retreat. So why is this one called one-shot? 😵

Okay, I don't want to see Buffy feel sad about Xander/Dawn anymore. Poor Buffy. 🙁

I think this issue is a special ,"Retreat: Epilogue" I THINK LOL😉! To me i think Buffy in that issue sames happy for Xander and Dawn .lol

Can somebody please tell me what one-shot means? It continues from issue 30(Retreat Part 5), right? There's another Willow one-shot before this one that does not exactly happen after Retreat. So why is this one called one-shot? 😵

Okay, I don't want to see Buffy feel sad about Xander/Dawn anymore. Poor Buffy. 🙁

One-shot means that it's a story that is finished in one issue. For example "The Chain" and the whole "Predators and Prey" arc were one-shots too.

I think there's been a mix-up on the Dark Horse website. The synopsis that's been given at the beginning of the thread must belong to issue #30... which would have four covers !?! That's all really odd.

^^ I think thats a special One-shots , like "tale of the vampires"..I think this comic books shows willow after math of sunnydale ..😉! I think lol 😉!
