Coyote Moon is written by John Vornholt. It wasn't one of my favorite books. I don't think the characters came across great, Xander especially. He really annoyed me in this book, with his obsession with girls and Buffy being jealous of him.
The storyline was good though. I loved the idea of the Carnival workers having that supernatural ability. The look into the history of it was well done as well.
