Create a "profound saying"

@GoSpuffy Thats not the wanker sign. That's the same of the middle finger. Do you know the story why the do the V sign?

Concerning the last sentence, what does it mean?
The French would cut off the index and middle fingers of English archers, so they couldn't use their bows. The other English archers would taunt the French by showing their two fingers. So it's a F U kinda thing; akin to the middle finger.

This is the most profound one yet.

If that isn't true it should be

And hey, what do you know, that should be a profound saying too

@Mr. Pole that is truly heart warming. Next time I'm having a bad day I'll remind myself that I'm your turd as a little pick me up.

You doubt me? I wouldn't shit you, you're my favorite turd
It's a very British thing....that's why Spike could get away with it on American TV...... Would be cut on British TV though 🙂

The hand signal you're looking for is the one Buffy does while miming using a stake in 'Hush' (Another thing that would likely get cut from British TV) 🙂

Anyway, back to profanity....... 😉

Politics, like a badly place bollard, seem to attract nuts.

To err is human, to Umm is to sound like a dork.

What! You don't know how to add up, what the hell, go forth and multiply.

If intelligence was a requirement of the intelligent, you'd be at the front of the queue.

Be who you are, not who people want you to be.

Never threaten. You don't want to be accused of premeditation .

Childhood is that time of innocence before you realise how cruel life can be.

So, there are these two German sayings...
1. Vorsicht ist die Mutter der Porzellankiste, which translates literally to Precaution is the mother of the chinaware case/container/box which basically means better safe than sorry.
2. Wie ein Elefant im Porzellanladen, which means like a bull in a china shop. It's an elephant in the German version.

Based on some weird video on the internet, a friend and I combined them to our own saying:

The Elephant is the mother of the chinaware case.

It's absolutely stupid, but we thought it was hilarious 🙄

I just saw this one (I'm not linking as in a day or so it won't be the same, and if I wait that long then I might forget to share this):
