Overall, Buffy is not a very creppy show. But there were some little things that manage to freak me out a bit to quite a lot. In no particular order, those are; the clown from nightmares, the dummy, Balthazar (he reminds me so much of an even creepier alien from Doctor Who), those creatures from Bad Eggs, every creepy crawly that has ever appeared and every scene that involves possesion of one sort or another.
The Gentlemen, frankly, didn't spook me out so much. I find them very cool, as a matter of fact.
