Crossover Ships

I was wondering if anyone else here ships multi verse characters? Do you ever wonder that if perhaps one of the scoobs perhaps hasn't found a true love yet because they're in another show? There are quite a few that I absolutely adore together but probably my old favourite is Buffy and The Doctor. We know that The Doctor has a thing for wilful sassy blonde types and we know that Buffy has a thing for the old dudes that look young. The semi-serious jokes aside I love that they both feel all alone in the world and like their calling is something they can not escape. They both seem so similar as core human beings.

Any ships that take your fancy?

Faith Lehane and Shane Walsh kicking butt throughout a zombie apocalypse together while both battling with their dark sides?

A high school era Cordelia Chase meeting Chuck Bass and them scheming their way through Manhattan?

I've got BSG on the brain at the moment but I could totally see early-season Starbuck having a thing with Spike; but kind of 'using him and losing him'

I could really see Dean Winchester and Faith as a couple. It wouldnt be an easy relationship, they are very much alike and have emotional issues. Plus they would just look good together 🙂

I don't ship any but I think Dean/Buffy is very interesting. Equally, I've read some Angel/Dean that was surprisingly moving (and hot!). I also saw this fanvid of Angelus/Katherine that was AMAZING!

Totally out of nowhere, I'd love to see some Balthazar/Anya scenes, since Balth seems to not understand the appeal of humans much, just like Anya in S3 and at the beginning of S7.

Of course Buffy/Dean. Damon/Spike could be entertaining too! And Damon/Buffy, of course...

Back when both shows were running, it was popular to cross the characters from "Buffy" and "Highlander." This was one of the more popular combinations:

I kinda ship Tess from Smallville with Wesley. It started out mostly because of the similarities between Lilah and Tess. But now I really like the idea.

I don't normally ship crossover ships, but I am actually working on a new layout for my website that features a kickass crossover, so I've been thinking more about it the past couple days (get outta my head, [MENTION=7407]caitaintdead[/MENTION]!)...
I think Buffy and Aidan from "Being Human" US would rock together... He's got the broody vamp thing that she's attracted to, but he has a better sense of humor than Angel ever did, so I think they'd work well together. 😉
Also, I agree with Cait: Faith and Shane Walsh from TWD would be AMAZING!!! Rick and Buffy would be an amazing combo, too, even if not a romantic pairing.

I tend to pair Buffy with quite a few people in my mind. I really love the idea of Buffy/Clark Kent from Smallville. I also have read a few Buffy/Wolverine fics that I loved.

Hehe, I love the new banner and av girl! Glad that you liked the idea! And I don't know about Rick and Buffy as a romantic pairing, but I LOVE the thought of them traipsing around together as a team. I would have liked to see Rick as an almost mentor to Buffy. Especially a S1-4 Buffy.

Dean/Buffy and Dean/Spike. No one I've ever talked to ships Dean/Spike and admittedly it might be because I love Dean as much as Spike and have never felt this way about a character who wasn't one of the two of them... But I don't know... I feel like they'd understand each other. Plus to me Dean is kind of like a mix between Buffy and Spike... he's got Buffy's weight of the world plus not wanting it there and Spike's attitude and alcoholism. I just see that working well with Spike in general. I don't know... call me crazy...

Also Spike/John Hart I ship it so hard. And Spike/Jack Harkness. But I ship Spike/John Hart better. Especially since in one of the Q&A's on James' website, someone asked him what would happen if Spike and John Hart ever met an he said "wild homosexual sex." So ever since then they've been my crossover OTP.

I don't really care about crossover ships, even though Xander is the king of crossover ships. He'd been shipped with so many characters in other TV shows. The one crossover fic I remember that I really enjoyed was Xander/Brian from Queer As Folk. Hmmm, I think I wanna read it again.

Well, as a closet fan-fiction writer myself, and a major comic book fan, I have a tendency to write Buffy into most of my stories as the main love interest for one of the other main characters...Batman, who happens to be...me (I know, I don't think I could geek out more, but what can I say? It's pretty fun)
