Sorry if this is in the wrong forum...
I still don't really understand the whole crossover episode thing.

Which Buffy episode goes with "In the
Dark"? (ANGEL)
If anyone forgot, this is the episode when Oz comes to L.A. to give Angel the Gem of Amarra..that Oz got from Buffy. Spike goes to L.A. to try to steal the Gem of Amarra from Angel"¦

Oz says Spike fought her to get it and then went looking for it"¦.

So, since I never watched the shows when they aired, was the idea to watch the two shows at once? That would only make sense, because as an example, in this episode Spike is alive (and of course, he dies at the end of Buffy).

So, when exactly does Angel "start"? At the end of season three of Buffy?

The third episode of season 4 of buffy (the harsh light of day) is when spike comes to sunnydale to look for the gem of amara and at the end of the episode oz says he will take it to angel.
Angel left buffy an the end of season 3 to go to LA and when season 4 of buffy started season 1 of angel started, then season 5 of buffy is at the same time of season 2 of angel etc. Spike doesnt die until season 7 of buffy and when oz goes to la to see angel buffy is only on season 4.
