Crossovers might still happen?

OMG, IS IT CONFIRMED? i mean, i heard last season was the last and she died coz she hadnt signed so they wanted to make sure she died! Do you think she will sign again? SHE NEEDS TO! ps JFGAhBro - i dont think the famns would mind either! Lol.
 
Sarah's contract was still in place then I think, so that wasn't why she died. Joss had been planning that one I think for a while.

I highly doubt she will sign a contract extension. She might have even said that next year is her last. 🙂
 
Oh man i hope not!! Life without Buffy...................my mind can't even imagine!!! UPN has been good to the show so far, so hopefully that will encourage her to continue.
 
She would have to stop being a slayer when she does and not die....Otherwise willow could just bring her back again 😉....Maybe They will make another series with another slayer...though it wont be as good 😉
 
I read in a thread that joss talked to michelle trachtenberg about becoming the next slayer - but it wouldnt make much sense coz it never said anywhere about it being a family thing - in fact, quite the opposite! I hope SMG doesnt go but 7 years is a long time to spend on a project! I think she might but i dont want her to! Life would go on though! Lol (that was to the benefit of Leeloohb)!

I agree with this. But I also think it would be fun to see another crossover.Ive always liked them. 🙂

unless they made it with faith, i think that would work, and shes been really popular too, although im not sure if eliza would do it as shes been trying to pursue a film career instead
 
I'd really love to see a nother crossover even if it is until next season.
 
The best crossover was "I Will Remember You" - soooo sad ::crying:: !
I hope they do do more crossovers!

Ahh but it could work like that with Dawn becoming the next Slayer, afterall she is made from the same blood as the slayer. Buffy herself said at the end of S5, that "the monks made her from me". That is also the reason why Buffy was able to close the portal herself, instead of Dawn doing it. 🙂

It'd be an interesting twist to the Slayer storyline.🙂
 
BtVS and Angel are great shows on their own, they don't need crossovers. Buffy and Angel are completely different people now. The crossover episodes were good at the beginning, in Season 1 of Angel and Season 4 af BtVS - The Freshman/City Of, The Harsh Light of Day/In the Dark, The Bachelor Party/Pangs/I Will Remember You, This Year's Girl/Who Are You/Five By Five/Sanctuary. (The Freshman/City Of - Not a large crossover, just the telephone call) 😀

The Forever crossover was good, beause Buffy needed comfort, and the There's No Place Like Plrtz Glrb crossover was necessary, somebody had to tell Angel. (And then the Blind Date and Disharmony crossovers were needed: for Cordelia to decrypt the files in Blind Date and the Disharmony one, which was very funny, was not only about Harmony, but also a way for Willow to tell Cordy, who probably told the others at some point, that she had experienced a few changes...)

You think I left one out? 😉 So, anyway they were great to begin with as Angel had only just left a few months ago. But as the characters have grown, there doesn't seem to be a need for crossovers anymore. But if they decide to do them, hopefully it'll just be one, and a darn good one too. 🙂

I never thought of it like that - it would be an interesting twist and a good way to continue the show when SMG leaves 🙂().
But would they keep same people in it or make the same idea with dawn and her friends?! Coz this has no relevance, im gonna go start a thread on it 🙂
Flammable, i still think crossovers do have a ple as they are soulmates and cannot just leave each other's lives - i hope they will eventually be together forever. They love each other too much to stop seeing each other and draw strength from each other too!

I know what you mean, I always wanted Buffy and Angel to get back together, and hoped that the end of both shows would have them together. If Angel carries on after BtVS, then in the last episode of it, SMG could have a guest appearance or something. But now I see that it's probably not going to happen. I can't exactly say why, because of spoilers, but it is clear that Angel has moved on now, as well as Buffy. But they will always love each other, they kissed in Forever, but knew nothing more could happen.
 
But maybe he could again with no bad consequences . . . im holding on to hope - dont remove it! Lol.
And it would be the sweetest endings - but buffy never really ends happily, does it?! Lol.
What spoilers? Coz i know basically them all but i dont know what you are referring to - use the special spoiler format to tell me on the thread!
