"Cut the head off of Rossum"

They blew up the mainframe in Rossum HQ; but in Epitaph II Clyde goes after Echo for not cutting off Rossum "at the head." Did they ever explain what they missed..? Did I miss it or is it an implied thing?

Well the technology was already out amongst the houses, and 'cutting off the head' i.e. blowing up the mainframe and killing

more or less gave every other house and leader complete freedom at what to do with the technology and without firm leadership it all spiralled out of control.

So the 'cutting off the head' was an admirable idea in theory, not just so brilliant in reality 🙂

That's how I got it at least.
