Ok, I might could watch this.. a bit sad it seems they are doing some retconning but I love how they tied it into the first with actual movie images.

It premiers tonight.

I've not heard about it at all until now.
 
Huh. I take it the Omen II and III will be dismissed? Definitely III, surely. It looks okay.
 
I am more sold on this as the esteem I have for the property in general is pretty large... minus the reboot when "Damien" was a girl. But I think I will tape it and give it a go.

3 I am sure... not sure about 2. But in 3 he knew he knew 'what' he was... in this he just finds out, so maybe this is about the lengths he goes to becoming a senator. Or whatever position he held. Maybe it's the time between 2 and 3.
 
Could be. I actually liked the sequels. But then again I did like all of the books.
 
So far I really dig this.. it's like a sequel to The Omen. I was surprised at how much it felt like The Omen. The did a bang up job.
 
So, is it straight from the first one ignoring II or inbetween II and III?
 
It has elements of the second one, but rewrote some of it from what I recall. I really don't remember II that much.. but they did have the blades in the show. They had alot of pictures and flashbacks of Gregory Peck, which actually was pretty awesome. Damien is 30 in this.. I think they rewrote parts of II. But honestly, you will not be disappointed. I found myself REALLY enjoying it.

I love Peck. I think I will rewatch the Omen movie then start on this.

And what did you think? I was getting ready to be turned off and get irritated by the 'drowning' but it really wasn't all that bad. The fact I forgave that surprised me.

In the third one I know he was... I dont think he was in the first... but they played around with that 'forgotten memory' thing also, so maybe he blocked it out.

Yeah, I would have never gotten Growing Pains from him... I think unless it's Kirk Cameron I wouldnt get ANYONE from Growing Pains, honestly.
 
I should be banned.. I was so busy yesterday and occupied that I paid no thought about who the principle was... I feel like I lost credibility. Seriously bummed about all of it.
 
I am in supplication. Truly, I am mourning and feel as though my failure to give you the undivided attention you desire will have grave and dire consequences moving forward. I feel I must engage in some Trivial Pursuit or go back in time as I have lost my mojo. Does someone now wear it as a prize around their neck?
