Danny Strong--Jonathan

I just heard on the radio that Danny Strong (A K A Jonathan) has written the screenplay for a new movie that will be released on HBO later this year. Called "Recount," it concerns the 2000 Presidential election, more specifically the extremely close decision regarding the Florida votes. According to the reviewer, both the Democrats AND the Republicans are upset by the way they are portrayed, so there most be something to offend everyone. I don't have any other details at the moment, but if I get any, I'll pass them on.

Sounds interesting. Neither side like the way thay are portrayed? Well I guess that improves the chance that the film will be the truthfull (more or less).

I've seen the previews for this. It's got one heckuva cast, but I didn't realize Danny Strong had done the screenplay. Good for him!
