Dark Willow. She was evil, but all so complicated. Vamp Willow was just a regular, albeit much more sadistic, vampire. And Dark Willow was much more powerful than Vamp Willow, anyway.
 
I voted for Dark Willow becasue she is more unpredictable! Willow Vampire is a nice person too, but you always know what her goas are and how she wants to archieve them. She is too transparent! I think that A vampire character can't open such a big villain-level than a crazzy, angry witch can!
 
Vamp Willow, I just adored her. She was clever vampire evil not just a 'tool' like some of the more expendable vamps, and more funny evil too which works for a show like Btvs. Dark Willow was too pompous and "raa raa end the world" for me... she's cool and all but really a bit obnoxious IMO

Dark Willow - destruction driven. In it to kill, maim and destroy in an almost emotionally dead kind of a way.

Vamp Willow - in it for the ride, seem to be more gleefully evil, i.e wanted to have fun with it.

They just seemed so similar to me, in that emotionally dead way. Different, obviously, but very much the same, ya know? Vamp Willow was fun. But Dark Willow was just awesome. So I choose Dark Will.

Vamp!Will: sexy as hell
Dark!Will: fascinating character study

Deciding that pretty much calls for a coin toss. (Yes, I have hormones. Sue me. (sw))
 
man this was hard, they're both very entertaining to watch.. but I voted for Dark Willow, I think she was a bit more interesting than Vamp Willow.

oh crap! I forgot, Dark Willow says "get off super-bitch!" to Buffy... that's just lame.
 
I'm going with dark willow. I love when she tells pesky her constantly trying to rescue people is "so pesky". 🙂 And it's freaking awesome when she makes the bricks fly off the prison to get at jonathan and the other one (poor andrew) 🙂
 
I voted for Dark Willow. Dark Willow was still Willow, but Vamp Willow wasn't really Willow at all, just a demon inside her body.

Plus, I like how Dark Willow is dark because of Tara's death. She's trying to seek revenge. Sure Dark Willow is evil, but she's also sad, she's desperately torn apart and just wants to end the life of the person who killed her only light. In a way it's romantic.
 
Definitely sexy, funny, clever Vamp Willow. Dark Willow was obnoxious and it left a bad taste in my mouth that the writers put Willow in such a godawful situation with that metamorphosis.
