To tell you the truth I really don't know, but I'm leaning towards Illyria. Still I'm not going to vote lol.
 
Dark willow could kick her ass

I'm sorry but Willow has proven to be on par with a goddess. She went to battle with a god, raised the dead twice , almost destroyed the world, and single handedly rewrote a powerful and ancient ritual to combat evil and that's not lisying all of her feats

Willow's a human. Illyria's a demon. I think someone who had to steal powers from others is weaker than one who doesn't. Don't you?

I'm pretty sure her 'earth power source' is what bought about her downfall in the end wasn't it?

Because thats how Xander got through to the real Willow at the end of the series and made her stop being evil. Her connection with the earth gave her compassion and stuff which is why Giles planned to have it transfer to her. On the other hand Illyria has no feelings whatsoever (initially) and is just a badass XD

dark willow was going to destroy the world becasue she was connected with everthing and everybody feeling and after xander made dark willow into a good guy she is still connected with everything and everybody feeling remerber shes felt the hellmouth moving and in season 7 ep same place and same time she thought of a spell and it happened in her mind.


and angel agter the fall issue 15 when Angel uses Betta George to channel Wesley’s and Spike’s memories and presumably emotions about Fred into Illyria’s mind willow can control minds and travel emotion and travel her dream space find her nightmare and her nightmare were fred!!(Buffy #4 when willow made buffy travel amys dreamspace and actually be her mother cuz that amys nightmare , and that give them time to throw a gernade)so willow can do that to illyria a buffy army can kill her when she was confused
 
I don't think you have understood that Willow just don't make up spells like the one she did with the scythe in her mind. She needs stuff to do it. And Dark Willow wasn't connected for real. Willow learned to be connected in England with the help from the Witches council.
Willow might be strong, but I do think you are blowing her power up to a bigger level than it actually is on.
 
^^^ You are actually wrong becasue in the end of season 6 she is connected with everything and everybody pain and feeling that why she was going to destroy the earth to end everybodys suffering.Yeah she did a spell in her mind to make herself disappear from buffy and the gang because she was gulity and nervous to see them !!

2. Who the Hellmouth said Willow made the "Same time same place" spell in her head?
 
yeah but it was still in her after she came good becasue she grown in power.wacth the episode same time same place in season 7 at the end when willow is absorbing her energy she said she might of did this dissappearing do it becasue she was nervour to meat buffy and the gang.Thats how and in season 8 she she said to buffy opps did i do that becasue she go teleport to england be that irish warlock so yeah she is mighty powerful.
 
^The fact that Good Willow draws powers from the earth isn't the issue! I know that episode, trust me, I've watched it more than you. And I never said she didn't have the powers. But this is DARK Willow vs Illyria. Keep up
