No. Evil cant love. One thing I learned from Charmed 😛 Vampiers dont have souls and Angelus dont have one so he couldnt be able to care or love someone so... Really NO on that one

It wasn't because of his souless condition...(Spike fell in love with Buffy and he didn't have a soul)...
He couldn't love her cuz he is too evil....he is different from other vampires....vampires are bad,he is evil.
He can't love cuz he doesn't have feelings,he doesn't have humanity....Vampires can feel and love (Spike & Drusilla),he can't cuz he is,...a son of a b*tch😛...he is the worst vampire ever,...no one is more evil than him...If he would have loved Darla,tht would have been like The Devil in love....not possible
