I had to Google Victor Webster. Looks like he was on the ill-fated Mutant X show and Continuum.

To be honest, if you come on a Buffyverse forum and say "Who's hotter, Person A or Person-B-who-stars-in-the-Buffyverse", you probably don't need a poll to tell you who will be more popular 😉

No, I mean comparing someone from the Buffyverse to someone who isn't, on a Buffyverse forum.... it's pretty clear the Buffyverse person will be the victor (excuse the pun!) 😀
