He is definitely 41; he confirmed, at Dragon*Con this year, that he had just turned 41 on his birthday in August.

I agree with you, rene; this topic is "over-done"; that's why I worded my response the way that I did (so that hopefully it will be clear and it will "die a natural death".) 🙂
