David talks about the cancellation

yeah i dont wanna believe what i read, i guess you'd have to hear it right from his mouth, straight from the horses mouth so to speak 😉 so i guess, i'll ignore that interview i read, and maybe he'll be on a talk show soon and talk of it, i should keep a look out.
 
I don't know what to think of this. From what he said it sounds like he's thrown in the towel on Angel. I can't really say that I blame him, he's been at it for a looooong time playing this character, and he has a family that I'm sure he doesn't get to see all that much. He was really nice to us fans though, I appreciate it coming from him.
 
While I respect and like to think that I am able to understand his descisions regarding Angel.... The part of the interview that bothered me was the bit about him doing the final episodes of buffy "as a favour to Sarah". Does he not realize that there are a couple hundred other people who work on the show? This just bugged me, sorry.

Also, while I am a huge fan of his, I find the part about him doing it as a favour and it being something he didn't want to do, but still did a little hard to swallow. Again, I really like him, but it's not like he's God's gift to the world... I'm sure the final episodes would have been just as good had he not been there, and personally can't really see why he was. At that point, he wasn't part of the show anymore.
 
Well, I have this to say about the interview...didn't inspire much confidence...poor us...::nopity:: jeez...
