Dawn in Graduation Day?

In most situations like this, I should say "DAMN!" because you guys are so good. But I'm in shock...wow. I also heard that when Joss introduced Tara he knew that he was going to kill her...

that the brilliant thing about joss, hell just drop like a completely life altering note into the middle of a random scene, and you might not think anything of it, until of course it actually happens, and its like not so much of a shock
cause he planned it so its all good

Actually, Dawn was never prophecized in GD2, only in This Year's Girl and Restless. In GD2, Faith says that 730 days to go until Buffy's death, and that's why Tara says in Restless that the clock is wrong. It's now 365 days until Buffy's death in Restless.

buffy's death and dawn were prophecized in GD2, 730, buffy's death and the miss muffet thing for dawn.

finding out these things makes you feel special!lol

Dawn was prophesized in 'GD Pt.1' with the whole "Little Miss Muffet counting down from 730". As said earlier, Dawn was called 'curds and whey' by a crazy guy in 'The Real Me'. It's like...whoa.

I thought the whole 'Restless' clock thing had something to do with Buffy worrying her time was gonna run out, and Tara trying to console her, saying in a way that she had plenty of time to do what needed to be done before she had to die. .:shrugs:. Not exactly sure how I read all that from "That clock is completely wrong", but I did.

When did he do that? Anyone with a ref?

Joss seems to plan some things so far in advance, and other things he just comes up with right before they film the episodes...hm..I wouldn't be surprised if he knew he was goign to kill her off then, but I also wouldn't be surprised if it was a last minute choice...know I wanna know...does anyone know what he planned with Tara for definite?

Faith predicts the arival of dawn in graduation day 2, it is really indistinct kind of, but it is there. "Little miss" is a refferal of dawn. Joss said so on the dvd. He said how it was even more evovled in the prophicey, but i forget how it was?

New thing I noticed: Buffy calls Xander 'the key' to winning against the mayor and several times he metons being the 'key guy' ... just a thought!

I love this thread! lol!
Just wondering, off-topic I guess, but how did Dawn appear? Cos I was watching it alot for a period, and for some reason I stopped for a while, and when I watched it again Buffy had a sister...Was she just suddenly there?

Yeah, the guys who protected 'they key' sent it to the slayer when they they could no longer protect it in the form of a sister creating memories in everyones heads like she'd been there all along...
