Dawn or the World?

Okay most recently in Lies My Mother TOld Me Giles asks Buffy if given the choice again would she have sacrificed Dawn for the world. And Buffy said yes.

What does that mean now?

Is it foreshadowing that Dawn will be used by the First to try and destroy the world and Buffy will have to decide once again?
 
I don't like her either, but Buffy can't sacrifice her, I'm sure that if she tries, one of the others will stop her and save Dawn in her place, that could be a great reason for Buffy to retreat!
 
I'm sorry but i don't like Dawn..... if i was Buffy i'd save the world instead..... 1 life is'nt going to make a difference to billions that could die! Buffy made the mistake of choosing Dawn over the world in S5... and it cost her her life...... it should have been Dawn!
