Honestly, I don't think it would matter in the long run.

Dawn is completely human on a biological level. As far as we know, there's nothing in her DNA that makes her any different to any other human on the planet. Or, at the very least, she's on the same level as Buffy. Different, but not different enough to affect any kids she might have.

This is the Jossverse where two vampires can give birth to a human. Children of Dawn would be whatever the writers wanted them to be. We do not have enough consistency in the Jossverse to say what is possible and what is not. With the ridiculous things the comics did to Dawn, any outcome is possible and all logic intended to predict it would be arbitrary.
