I have to say that I loved Dawn last season. But I'm going to end up hating her if she doesn't change soon. I can't stand the whining. None with her issues, and they are valid for her age and history, have been solved. She could be a valid memeber of the cast if the writers would let her contribute more to the SG. Now I have no idea how they oculd do this, but something has to change for her character. It's like she's just standing still, there isn't any development.
 
I agree but after last season (season5) they may want to leave her for a while. Major develepments in her character would require her to be the centre of attention again. And after spending most of season 5 as the main storyline they figure, rightly so, that to much Dawn would just piss everyone off.
 
Thats true. But I feel that buy not giving her more of a storyline, people are beginning to not like her anyway.
 
I agree...she has a little bitchy attitude just like in "Harriet the Spy" (I still have that movie, LOL) I also am getting sick of the whining.

but the whining is all part of the 'little sister' character theyve built for her
i mean 'tabula rasa' showed that perfectly
i definately agree they have to do something more with her
i mean theyve got that little bundle of talent sitting there doing nothing but play a sterepty[ical character
and this is no good, because unless ive been watching the wrong show for six years i didnt think buffy tvs did fluff characters

I can't stand Dawn anymore. She's to annoying now. I mean they need to do something with the Character.
 
In Australia we have only just seen Tabula Rasa,and Dawn is getting so annyoing and whinning.I liked her last season,but thi season she has become a little over controlled and her acting is going to waste.

Yeah she really needs a change of attitude and perform her personality and not depend on her sister
 
She needs a purpouse (sp?) for being there. Last year, she was The Key so that was fine. I'm agree, they need to do something with Dawn.
 
Yea but anyone whos seen the season finale Two to go and Grave i think they are changing Dawn's character......i think she'll be alot better in s7....

It definitely seemed like Dawn's character was going in a different direction. Buffy, too. I think, or hope, that since Buffy's actually taking notice of Dawn, Dawn's attitude is going to change... Hopefully? 😀
 
Yea i know what you mean!!.....But it wasnt all of Dawns fault i mean everyone was so overprotective of her....they were like suffocating her but i think there finally going to let her live a little....i hope next season she gets to do some patrols and stuff....what would really be cool is if dawn and connor hook up...they can probably relate to each other.....ones a ball of energy the other wasnt suppose to be born and then spent their life in a hell dimension...should be interesting if you ask me
 
I agree, I really can't stand Dawn this season. She was okay at first but towards the end of the season, all she did was whine and complain. She was always doing things that, i thought, were so stupid and had no point to the show. I hope the writer's change her attitude soon....::thumb::
