His death in Becoming II. I get teary just thinking about it, or even when I am making Fanart having to do with the scene where he dies. I mean, I know he comes back and all, but I just get so emotional everytime I watch that episode. My heart just splits in two, especially when they start playing 'Full Of Grace' by Sarah McLachlan.
