Here we are again, time to start casting your votes for Decembers Member Awards.🙂

The awards this month are:-

  • Willows Shirt Award - most creative sig/sig that stands out the most
  • Gotta Get Me A Life Award - member on the board the most
  • Best Little Pumpkin Belly Award - cutest member
  • Faith Award - coolest member
  • Best New Scoobie Award - Best new member

Voting will run only until the 20th December this time as no doubt we will all be busy with Christmas and the New Year. Winners will be announced the same day. The next set of awards will then resume in the New Year. 🙂

Just curious, what's the limit on the time that a new member has been here to be voted on for the new member award? Like from Novemeber on? Or October or just in the last two weeks aor something?

Angel-babez01 - Well I guess how you determine 'cutest member' is really up to you, it might be the way a member posts or just little things/quirks they have that you find cute, it really all depends on you.🙂
 
well cutest member isnt for me, and im not feelin sorry for myself..Hey maybe the "needs a life" award is for me because the stores are all sold out!So i dont have one of thoes!

Yup, the idea was to keep rotating them - or maybe everyone thinks taking a break for a couple of months or so and then starting them again would be better?

Thoughts anyone? 🙂
 
Rotating each month sounds fair and gives everyone a chance each month (But that's just my opinion). Come back StooryTeller and Gingerbread awartds, those wer my best chances at winning a member award. Blast, I'm not cool, or cute or new. Oh well, there's always next months awards(Looks at next months awards) Crap...

great ide with the roatation!!! voting is fun, seeing people who deserve to win is fun! makeing people happy is fun, so i think it's great that we can roatete the awards! cos then we can make new people a bit more happy every month..(okay, i don't know if that made sense, i'm so tired, so i just say ode stuff, what i'm trying to say is ):: tu :: on the ide!!

Rotating the rewards is a yes which must happen, everyone is really enjoying the awards.

I hear ya.Another great bunch of awards i cant win.Oh well...As long as we bring back most obsessed..Again, im kidding!

I think you should keep rotating, but with hiatusses. As if I'm not gonna be the most known member again in three months? I don't mean to sound cocky, but there's quite a fat chance, that this same ppl will win again. Anyway, if you do, you should make other pics. And perhaps, you can make a staked thread, in which you list every periods winners and nominees.
 
Maybe , in the interest of fairness, there can be arule where someone can't win the same award two times in a row. But then again, if they really deserve it two times in a row....I really don't know actually, it just won't be fun if the same people are winning every three months for the same award
 
I say rotate it and someone who won the award last time can't get it agian....untill like all the members who are active have had a good chance to like ya know ummmm win and i think making new banners each time is a great idea but alil too much work for Cordelia ya know expecially with those 5 kids and that Hubby lol
 
She could ask one of the banner makers to do it, I'm sure someone wants to. I agree, it's no fun if all the same ppl win, but then, ppl might deserve to win. I say make up some more categories, and then do it every set of three categories once a year, once in spring and once at the end of the year.
