Deleted Posts - Please read!

A little while ago something happened on the server and it looks like we might have lost some posts. Please be assured we didn't delete them. I am checking with the host on this matter and will let you all know about it as soon as I know something. Thanks!

I think I lost a post in a conversation around 8-ish this morning. 🙁

Okay, so having talked to our host, it seems like they moved us to a new server (they moved the whole server we were on to a new machine) this morning so the missing posts went to the old server. Why they didn't take the site offline so they had a complete backup at the time of the move I do not know. They assured me that the same thing shouldn't happen again.

Anyhoo - assuming that my access to the "old server" stays up long enough, I will try to copy and paste the missing posts tonight when I get home from work.

Conversations, though, I won't be able to copy (obviously) so I would suggest re-sending anything you sent around between 8 and 10 this morning EST (1p-3p GMT). (Obviously you can look in your conversations folder to see if they sent or not.)

So I pulled off as much as I could after my doctor's appointment before the old server was taken offline, so anything else I'm afraid folks will have to repost. Sorry!

Guess there is a perk to my scarcity. This is my first post today.
I can imagine though how frustrating this would be for me, sometimes I seriously spend days on one of my novel-sized posts (ex. my review of 'To Shanshu in LA'), to have to re-compose them would be....GAH! >_<

Perhaps starting now I shall keep a copy of my posts in Evernote just in case.
