Has anybody else been playing this lately? I'd love to see some thoughts and opinions if so. I'm not too versed on how many people here play video games (as I likely have more free time than most! 😬😅) but I'm just throwing this out there to see if anyone bites!
I really am liking the shift towards more a magical and intangible storyline with this new release. Some of the additional lore they provided (in game this time 😉 ) is really getting me interested, and I felt like the story actually was well-told and a great experience the first time through. Feels like we're really starting to tackle some more original topics and ideas in the game, which is definitely a much needed breath of fresh air. The gameplay is still just as great as ever and my main character feels like an awesome monster slayer thanks to some much needed updates, finally! It was so cool doing some higher-level content and seeing her really put boots to buttocks in the game, as opposed to not working properly or dying all the time. Trying to avoid spoilers for anyone who is playing and hasn't gotten that far, but I'm interested to see what others have to say (if anything) 🙂
