Did Andrew come out this season?

He never officially came out in the show and I'm just wondering if he came out in the comics.
 
I'm guessing no... Wasn't there that one mention in the comics about Andrew getting a little too friendly with some of the Potentials?? LOL
 
nothing really jumps out at me when i try to think of anything Andrew related...

i'll double check later but i don't think it was ever said officially

No, he didn't.

Although he did get a little quiet and grumpy when Buffy brought up her lust for Daniel Craig.

I'm pretty sure he is gay, but I don't think that the writers are ready to kick him out of the closet yet, maybe they'll think the show is turning gay...what with Buffy and Satsu and Willow and Kennedy...Maybe they'll try throwing Xandrew on us? :O (or Gandrew? *shudder* Oh oh oh, Sandrew!)
 
I can't remember Andrew showing any romantic or sexual interest in anyone in Season 8, either male or female. In fact, if anything, he seems to me to be pursuing a rather celibate existence. Of course, that might be explained by the fact that he's surrounded almost totally be women, with the only other man (Xander) obviously interested first in Renee and then Dawn.
 
Nope, he's still firmly in the closet, at least to us readers. I am putting my vote in for Andrew & Spike in season 9! 😉
 
I think it's on purpose. On the show at least it was a good source of humor. He was so obvious, yet oblivious at the same time. Some of his lines we're just the best.
 
My favorite line to date making fun of Andrew's closetness was in the comics "You'd be bored stiff." He was talking to Xander about being in Rome and playing strip poker with the girls and he said "you don't want to be here, you'd be bored stiff."

But no, he didn't officially come out.
