Did anyone cry? *spoilers for season1-2*

(did anybody NOT cry at that part?? I don't care how macho you are, if you didn't cry you're heartless!) through the end when she was leaving Sunnydale over the uber-depressing Sarah McLachlan song "Full of Grace"

Call me heartless but I think the only reason I got teary eyed during that scene was due to only the music. Sarah McLachlan's music does that to me.

If we're talking about other seasons, then yeah, I did get emotional during a few of them. Joyce's death. Buffy's death. Tara's death followed by Willow's grief. Buffy's comment to Spike about him being beneath her and just the look on his face... they all made my heart break!

Tears were inevitable ....

I think I tasted salt through the entire first and second season. But I wimpered like a wounded pup the first time ( and about every time since) I watched "amends"(season 3). ::bsad:: ::crying2: ::crying::

Did anyone STOP crying during season 1 or 2? I learned many effective ways to soothe the swelling of the eyes during those seasons! My favorites were cucumber slices and preparation H. 😉 😛 ::crying2:

I am a total cry baby for just about everything lol. I cried when Jenny died, and Buffy said that thing about Angel being gone (when Willow is @ the front of computer class saying how she's gonna be teaching). Also when Willow found Xander and Cordy kissing, and later when Cordy and Oz found Willow and Xander kissing. Oh and I cried a RIVER during I Only Have Eyes for You when Buffy and Angel were playing the parts...there are lots more but I can think of em lol

I didn't cry when Giles discovered Jenny's body, but my heart went out to him.

I welled up when Buffy and Giles were in the alley after she pulled him out of the factory. They were so alone together losing the one thing in the world that meant more to them and having noone to share it with but each other.

I did cry when Buffy killed Angel, I thought how much more heartache can this girl take. It's not fair.

The music (although it was beautiful) didn't help either, you had the powerful score Close Your Eyes by Christoph and then Fall From Grace by Sarah McLachlan. Very weepy tunes.

I soo cried when Buffy killed Angel. And then I cried when Willow found out about Xander and Cordy. Because she was crying 🙁

Thre were alot of cryable times during those seasons.

I think the only time I cried watching Buffy was the final episode when all four of the original scoobies come together for what could be the last time. Season 1 & 2 I didn't cry...Angel was capable of being so evil, so it didn't really bother me...and I wasn't too attached to Ms. Calendar. I was kinda upset when they killed Kendra at first, but then after season 3 came along I was kinda glad they did.

Re:

I cried the first time I watched Buffy kill Angel, but it hit me the most when they showed the leaving Sunnydale sign. I didn't cry however when Cordy broke up with Xander, or when Mrs. Callendar died. I was never too into Mrs. Callendar, and I guess I just assumed Cordy and Xander would get back together. And as far as Willow catching X/C kissing, it was more of a *GASP* ( cover mouth with hand and repeat after me) UMMMMMMMMMM! You know, when your a kid, and in class and the teacher catches you passing a note type thing.

I think the only time I cried was when Jenny died...I was still little back than and I guess I though the show was real? LOL

i didn't cry when Jenny died, but i cried when Buffy and Giles were at her grave. i didn't cry when Cordy and Xander broke up, i was just sad. not enough to cry though...

Re:

Okay, so I'll admit. I whimpered like a wounded pup when Buffy killed Angel. Yes, I am a sap! I think I cried when she kissed him, killed him, and all the way into Sarah McLaughlin's "Full of Grace". :sad24: Gimme a binky and a blanky cause I was bawlin' like a baby! :baby2:
( It's hard NOT to when you're watching someone as fyne as Angel -IN LEATHER- being sent to a hell dimension!)

It's been a long time since I posted in this thread, so I'll just make a new list!

Season 1:
In prophecy girl when Buffy doesn't wonna die. That was heartbreaking! Her little speech to Giles!
And when Willow found those guys dead, and Buffy talked to her in her room.
In the Pack when Xander said those mean things to Willow, and she was crying with Buffy later on.

Season 2:
When Jenny died. And when Giles and Buffy were on her grave. And when Buffy saved giles from Angelus and the others, and they were hugging outside there, and Buffy said she needed him.
When Xander was sitting next to Willow's bed while she was in coma, all the things he said to her...
When Cordy dumped Xander in BBB...
When Buffy killed Angel

I cry alot, but i guess you all noticed that...

OMG i cried all the time, and it doesnt mean your weak, i cried in passion, when i thought buffy died in s1, when willow caught xander and cordy, when cordy caught willow and xander (oh wait i think it was series 3), when angel died, when angel called buffy, when buffy punched giles because he was being daft lol, when kendra died and buff did that slo mo running, becoming part 2 when angel died and especially when full of grace came onLOL OMG im so sad

o my god there are so many times i cried during the slayerverse... i won't even bother trying to remember them all. end of becoming though - every single time i cry my eyes out. i'm not even the type to cry watching tv, but what buffy did to me was unbelievable lmao.

Way too manly, to actually have cried (obviously! :cool07: ) but i have to admit there have been moments in both Buffy and Angel where you can't help but get a lump in your throat, no matter how tough guy you want to be.

The only other show i can think of that has the ability to do that to me is Farscape. Certain moments in that show, such as when Talyn John dies or when Aeryn is thought to have died (which will mean nothing to anybody who doesn't watch the show, lol), were done so well that you can't help but feel for the characters during the moment.

I do agree with that it was really sad when Buffy killed Angel but I don`t remember if I cried..
I cried when Jenny Calender died though. That was just to SAD! Why did she had to die???
