The little pang of missing Buffy I mean?

With Angel premiering this past week, it just really hit me that there was no new Buffy this year. Or any other year. For me, the two have always just gone hand in hand naturally. And since Buffy has been on longer, well it just makes it that much harder to lose.

All my anticipation towards Angel just sort of made me miss the anticipation I used to have for the new season of Buffy. 🙁
 
Angel hasnt premiered its new season here yet,but ill prob feel the same🙁
 
I don't, I'm still so actively involved with new Buffy stories, that I don't really notice, but I guess that if I would stop doing new things and would only reflect on the old, I'd feel the same aswell!
 
GOD YES! I have been seized with that pang of insane longing and that depressing hell that follows when realizing it isn't coming back...I'm going to go cry now...
 
i don't know....last season for me was dissapointing...the only mindblowing ep was dirty gurls....seemed like they could've did the whole plot line for season 7 in half the time...
 
Yeah Dirty Girls was good,but I thought season 7 was good..anyway I cant wait fro Angel to start airing!!
 
Well I just keep watching my Buffy DVDs over and over again...my hubby will come in and say 'Didn't you just watch this episode??'

I guess now it's just the anticipation of the rest of the series coming out on DVD finally. But I found it pretty tough this week after Angel was finished. Usually I'd sit and chat with people about it. Plus, Tuesday night's were our 'date night' .... order food, watch Buffy and Angel...now that they air Angel at 10 pm and on a different night it just felt...wrong.

I guess I never really realized how much it affected my life.
 
I've been missing BUFFY so much lately. Today, I locked myself in my room to watch the DVDs. Still, I'm very excited for every new ep of ANGEL. Enjoy new ANGEL episodes while you can. It won't be that long 'til hiatus.
 
I didn't realize yet, coz even if I watched all episode in english, it's still not release here in france, so, it's like it's not finish yet for me, like there will be a next season soon, even if I know that it's not true.
But when I'll feel that it's really over, it'll be painful, lol !
j/k, bout that, but i'll really miss this show
 
For us Sky 1 viewers in the UK - there's always the daily reruns. I've been watching eps from Season 6 while the BBC has taken The Simpsons off.
 
Yup, I miss Buffy, but on the other hand, with no distractions called "Firefly", ME will be focused on Angel. Even TV Guide made mention of this tidbit, and they're anticipating the best season ever. Hopes are high, and I'm praying that we don't get a muddle like S7.
 
Every Tuesday, especially now, it's starting to become harder. I used to have something to look forward to, but now it's nothing. At least we got Angel, which is great(as always), but there's no Xander, Willow, or Andrew. I miss them so much.
 
To keep the Buffy love alive for me... every Tuesday I wear my Buffy shirt which is basically just a black shirt that has a hippo on it and it has written, "I have my hippo dignity." Simply the cutest shirt I have, and it makes Tuesdays a little easier to get use to without Buffy.

That's just...well that's...lol!!! I can just visualize you on the little bus...lol!!! J/K No, really, that is SO CUTE!!! Where would one get a shirt like that?! I could see a whole line of them...
 
I miss Andrew, Anya, and Xander... They was so funny. I miss Buffy, and only have season 4. I preordered season 5. 🙁

I got it online from a very small fan forum that I use to be a member on awhile ago. They had them made and were selling them. Probably can't find 'em anymore, but who knows...

Thanks for the mini bus comment lol. Now I definitely have to take a picture of myself wearing it to show everybody.🙂
