Did "Charmed" buy the rights for the Unaired Pilot score?

Caise I was watching the season 4 premiere of Charmed: "Charmed Again" and they used the same score that the Buffy Unaired Pilot used when Buffy first met Giles and when he slams the book.
 
Since the pilot wasn't an official episode, they most likely used music from an archive.
It is possible that the people from Charmed used the same music because they used the same archive.
TV shows sometimes don't use own composers because it's far more expensive and time-consuming.
