Did Doc survive the fall?

Well, the question pretty much asks itself. Spike survived falling from the tower, makes sense that a demon like Doc also survived. Also, he didn't die when Spike and Xander first killed him. So what are your thoughts, I know the show is over with and the chance of appearing ever again are slim, but seriously, did Doc die in "The Gift"?

well nobody can give you a certain answer except joss but my opinion is yes but he probably left and went out of town glory was gone so he had no one to worship and he knew buffy would kick his arse if she ever saw him again

Seriously though, based on all the Buffy evidence and examples at hand, I'd have to say that yes, he did survive.

I cant remember the timing well (even though I re-wathched the episode the other day) but maybe he fell into the hole split in the ground under Spike.

I think he is a goner, the way he went off that tower was quick paced, so I think as it was so sudden it emphasised it was the last of him!
