Did you cry in NFA?

I cried like a baby, lol. Besides the fact that is was ending, and the whole Illyria/Fred/Wes triangle. WOW. There's just no words. That was the worst feeling after. I still can't believe they ended such a good and successful show. But it happened.

I cried like a little b*tch through the last half...then at the end I believe I said something like..."What? WHAT?! WHAT THE FU*K WAS THAT?! WHAT THE...YOU SONOFAB*TCH! THAT CAN'T BE IT! THAT CAN'T BE ALL!!! AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!" And then I proceeded to ball my eyes out in the bathroom for a half an hour. It was verry messy.

I cried at the weirdest part!! 😛

When Illyria says about Wesley and that she grieves for him, that made me cry...

Im strange...
Not weird at all..and if your strange because you cried at that moment than so am I. The ending that made so many angry was one that lifted me up. They ended as they must. Fighting the good fight. It was left open. You never see Gunn die. You never see any of the ones that went into battle die. I'm banking on them making it out somehow. The world hasn't been overrun by those legions of darkness so the team won. Why wouldn't TPTB give them all another shot at helping the helpless ??

I was able to hold back the tears all the way until that scene between Wes and Fred/Illyria. Then I balled like a two year old!

I cried like a friggin baby! I'll admit it!
I got sad at Harmony's speech. I won't go into detail, since people haven't seen it yet.
Then at the Lorne's last part- i'm like- "DONT DO IT!!!"
Then the Wesley/Fred part had my stunned into silence.
It was funny cause i was watching it with my mom (the woman who got me hooked on buffy 8 years ago) and she's sitting there, basically crying and I'm not doing anything.
I'm like catatonic.
My mom goes- "Do you have no heart?! Did you see what happened?!"
I watched the rest of the episode and right when the thank you thingy ended- I bawled. lol. It was hilarious, cause by that point my mom was wiping her face from the tears, and all the sudden i let it go.
Then i woke my little sister because i was yelling-"NO!!! You can't end it like that!! Damn you Joss!!!" (you know i love him)
Then i got hit in the back of the head, cause of my language.
It was bad, really really bad.
Then my friend Kiersten calls and was crying on the phone. There was alot of the 'non-understandable unless your my best friend' thing.
You know, the whole-
"Oh, my god then lorne-"
"I know! then the scene-"
"OH! I know, so sad!"
It was pretty funny know that i look back to it.

Hell yeah!I cried like a oversized baby!I was shaking at the very end of it. I was saying to myself "There's no way in hell they are going to make it." 🙁

There's now way Angel can be replaced in my heart. I know cheesy stuff, but it's true.

Nope...no crying here. I was too pi$$ed off to do anything other than sit there and fume at the fact that it was the final episode ever.

Oh, but I DID angrily throw all of our sofa cushions at the TV and a few choice expletives as well, when the now infamous "THANK YOU" message from the WB popped up on the screen.

llyria: Wesley's dead. I'm feeling grief for him. I can't seem to control it. I wish to do more violence!
(The army of the Senior Partners start approaching; demons, dragons, the whole lot.)
Spike: Well wishes happen to be horses today.
Angel: Amount other things.
Gunn: OK. You take the 30,000 on the left...
Illyria: You're fading. You'll last 10 minutes at best.
(They stand up and face the attacking army.)
Gunn: Then let's make 'em memorable
Spike: In terms of a plan?
Angel: We fight.
Spike: Bit more specific?
Angel: Well, personally, I kinda wanna slay the dragon.
(The army of demons attack.)
Angel: Lets go to work.
(He swings his sword, connecting with one belonging to a demon.)

Whenever I watch that part I get a little tang of something. Not really sure what it is. I just think it's a sad way to end the show. I almost cried with the wesley/fred scene, but my friend burst into tears when Fred goes, "my love, oh my love." and puts her head next to his.

I cried like a baby through the entire thing! From the theme song to the end...and then for about an hour afterwards...My favorite part is the end of the Illyria/Wes scene when she smashes that demon guy's head (don't remember his name). But the "thank you" message really pissed me off!

Carolyn: I'm betting you cried ten timed harder when Wes died, than at the rest of the episode...
I got a little choked up when Illyria changed back into Fred to mourn over Wesley, but no actual tears. I'm not even a huge fan of either character, but that was a beautiful moment.

Well yea, Alyssa you're right. I exaggerated. The beginning credits and Wes's death were the big sob moments...the rest was basically just tears and sniffles lol

Well it was the last time they were ever going to play them on a new episode! It was sad okay? : mad3 :

haha that is a cool smiley

Yep, I did cry thoughout most of the show, mainly because it was the final ep. Regardless of what others think, I feel like it ended the way that it should have, leaving the door open for our imaginations and perhaps a movie.

I agree...I know many people were unsatisfied with that ending, but I liked it...

Have you no soul?!?! lol...just kidding...probably.

I was too busy being disappointed by how the second half of Season 5 turned out. The only two characters whose death I would have weeped over were Spike and Gunn. But I was too disappointed by the story to shed any tears.

I cried when Wesley died in Illyria/Fred's arms and I will admit I cried 'til the end of the show.

I am such a wuss
