Did you cry in NFA?

only teared up at one angel ep--i willl remember you. I did come close to crying when Wes died and he asked to be lied to.....aww why did wes have to go? siiigh

Even now, after months, it's still emotional. At first the episode was like, "Omg, this is the very last episode." and you're left in shock. But then Wesley dies, so that begins the tears, and then it's the whole Conner/Angel moment, and with Lindsey and Lorne all put together, at the end it's just like hell. I couldn't stop crying, even after watching it more than 10 times I still cry. Most people probably dislike the end just for the fact of it being the end. No more Angel, kiddies.

I have seen it over like 8 times....i had alot of feeds on my satalite that had it....like a west feed, a denver feed, and a new york feed and then a feed that show it on thursday then i say it 4 more times on the next tuesday........i cryed.......i didn't want a sertin person to die!.........i cryed like when cordy and fred died that season

waaa

It wasn't a very sad ep i don't think. Spike's poetry was funny, but i almost cried when wesley died, i managed to hold back coz i was watching it with my mum lol (i got her hooked on buffy/angel..mwahaha :vpleased: )
I couldnt believe that was the last ever season tho, i dont understand why it was cancelled, it was alot better than some of the stuff on TV (eg reality shows??!).

I cried at the end because it was the final episode. I was crying when Wes died. It was really sad. From when Wes died, to the end was sad, because it was the final 15-20 minutes of Angel.

It wasn't a cry... It was grief! :bawling:

I only got sad at the Illyria/Fred/Wesley part. I admit a little tear came out at the alley, mainly because it was the end of Angel (also reminded me of the end of BtVS).

I just saw it for the first time just now. I cried so much at the end because the Buffyverse is over and I won't get to see Angel anymore. The part between Wes and Fred/Illyria was one of the saddest moments of both shows. I love how they didn't show the fight. It's like theres still more to be told and the verse is not over because there is no ending. That makes me happy, because after all, Angel said that they wouldn't make it out alive and I don't want to know if he is right.
Plus I knew the last line would be "Let's go to work" so when I heard him start to say that I started bawling. I was thinking "Not yet!!!"

4 words. Bawled. My. Eyes. Out.

First was Lorne singing one last time that got me all misty. Then the whole thing with Illie and Wes (my god, did I cry and cry) and after that I just didn't stop crying.

Oh I also misted up a bit when Illie said Gunn was not unpleasent to her eyes. Made me think that a little bit of Fred was still in there somewhere, maybe just trying to say "stay safe". It was touching.

I didn't cry as much as I thought I would during the actual ep. It was pretty fast paced, different from the Buffy finale where it seemed there were a lot of reflective moments that were just asking for the audience to bawl.

I did cry during the scene with Illyria/Wesley.

And at the end I just flipped out and was yelling for a hour.

I cried like a day later after the fact, when it began to sink in, and I cried the next Wednesday when Angel was not on to watch.

It was a very abrupt finale, it took me a while to realize that it was over. Then I changed the channel. Buttomline; I didn't cry because I was really pissed of the way they ended it.

I didn't actually cry but it was close. The thing that almost brought tears to my eyes was Wesleys death and Ilyria pretending to be Fred.

i cried buckets!!!
but, i didn't start crying until ilyria spoke, in my opinion, THE saddest words in the history of angel...
illyris, (to wes): would you like me to lie to you now?
that was when i knew wes was gonna die and i couldn't stop my tears.
i still cry everytime i see it! ::crying::

I defenitely cried, Wesleys dead was so sad, and the second time I saw it I just couldn't look at Lorne without crying, how very sad..
And then that the whole verse was coming to an end also felt very sad, I just sat there staring for a long time after the end of the episode, not really being able to realize that it was really over. Sometimes I just wish I could ereaze all the buffy and angel memories and watch the whole thing like it was the first time.. but nah, there's some good memories there too that I think I'd like to keep, so I don't think I should use the w-i-s-h-word anymore in case a vengeance demon is nearby..

I cried A LOT! I cried before it started because I knew it was gonna be the last one ever. I cried durring the opening credits because I knew it was the last time I was going to see them not in reruns.I cried when Angel said that neither he nor Spike would make it out of the fight alive. I cried when everyone cheered for Spike when he read his poetry. I cried when Spike said "I'm not wearing any amulets. No broaches, beads, pendants, pins, or ring." (it made me think of last time he died).I cried when Wesley said he has no where to be because the only person he wished to be with was dead. I cried when Lorne shot Lindsay (not because Lindsay died..i like Linsday's death. But knowing that Lorne killed him and that it was the last time I'd ever see him...made me sad). I cried when Lorne walked off stage. I cried when Wesley died and Illyria turned to Fred (god I cried for days thinking of that) I cried when everyone was in the alley about to fight. I cried when Illyria said Gunn wouldn't last long. And then I cried at the ending because IT SUCKED SO BAD! They couldn't have at least put some sort of ending to it all, but no! They had to leave up guessing and wondering who died and who made it out in the end! I HATED THE ENDING OF NOT FADE AWAY! But I still cried...a lot!

I didn't cry. I don't know why. Maybe it is because I already had it done when Fred died after as if she was having an epileptic fit and transformed to Illyria.
