I wouldn't call it 'cheap and bitchy' but I didn't care for it personally. I disliked the general print of the top and the string on the pants. The cut of the bottom of the shirt doesn't do much for me either, maybe it's just that cap but it looks just weird. Overall though I didn't care. There were many worse outfits over the course of Buffy.

I'm not sure that I would describe an outfit as bitchy...haha but I didn't like it. It was pretty tacky imo. I liked her hair though.
It did not feel very Dawnie, and I dont like what she did to her hair ither.
But she dances like ..Wow! I also remember her dance ,when she sings about fishes on pizza and dances by a microwave .
I dont know but I think she looks most amazing in Season 6. She does not look like a kid like she did in season 5, And she does not look like she does in season 7.

I thought she looked, quote on quote, 'sexy', but at the same time, it's not a look that I would have wanted Dawn to adopt in every episode she was in. That would tend to get a little awkward after a while 😛

I think buffy had every right to be upset, since Dawn had LIED about where she would be, and had gone on a date without introducing the boy first, or at least letting buffy know about it.

Not really Dawn though, but it was supposed to show her becoming 'hot' and being more grown-up I suppose, and in that it succeeded.

Buffy had every right to be mortified, there was Dawn looking all grown up, in those very revealing clothes (chances are Dawn borrowed those clothes from Buffy anyway)
where did Dawn learn to dance like that, probably from Buffy.
Xanders reaction, everyone knew he fancied Buffy so he couldn't be ' hmm she's nice ' could he. Willow was Buffy's best friend so she couldn't smile to much.
And still not as blatantly sexy as Buffy's dance with Xander.
