I don't really care for him as a character. I find him rather annoying. BUT he did cause for some amazing episodes, that's for sure...Band Candy being my favorite.

Ethan and Giles sharing a pint or three, that was funny.
I never knew what was in the film about young Giles in his Ripper days, but at a guess I'd say that Ethan was still the same person. If Giles (Ripper) was the same as Ethan is, them being best friends, then that could have been a good film.
I imagined Ripper to have a similar sense of humour to that Stark guy (Ironman).

Great villain and one of the funniest dudes EVER,i love all the eps with him in it. a favorite moment for me was "new man" when he starts talking ominously about Giles and then Giles walks in and hes surprised and says "oh booger,i thought you;d gone" lol i love that scene and that entire ep...hilariously funny 🙂
