I loved it. Eliza looked amazing and I was really pleased with the whole thing. I liked the way it ended .. it was crazy with the flashing of all the scenes. I just hope it doesn't get canceled 🙁 Can't wait for next week!

i loved it too my mom was even watching it and she loved it..!! and i too loved that ending with the fast action scenes..!!

*prays please dont get canceled...* 🙁
 
Come on guys lets not even think of it getting canceled. Hopefully if it starts off slow then Fox will give it a chance. But I think it will grow into a very cool show. I liked it too man I was into it like in the first 10 min. I was calling my friends telling them to watch to help the ratings lol. Well I cant wait for next week it looks like it will be good too. 🙂
 
Incredible

Incredible episode. Loved the interaction between Tru and her siblings, as well as overall plot and of course Hudson Leick's guest shot.

The show seems very unique and fresh...something hard to pull off with such a cliched jumping off idea.

Can't wait to see more...especially of my personal favorite, Jessica Collins as Meredith. 😛
 
well hopefully fox keeps it realizing friends is gone this year..and nbc really has nothing to replace that show..and hopefully this will help the show..!! i loved it and you know what x - files started off bad rating wise and look what it became..! so yeah you are right i will think positive..!
 
It was so Good. Loved it So Much. I Absolutly LOVED the Theme Song! Fit the show well. Next episode looks real good. can't wait!
 
it was pretty good but i had to keep switching cjannels to watch friends
 
I really like it too - I think they integrated the sibling storylines with the murder one really well. Most shows make it seem like two different episodes that they just smooshed together. I loved how you thought she saves Rebecca and then Tru gets the call from Davis 🙂
 
Oh man! I am *so* loving this show! The music was great, the cinematography was awesome...It was so fast paced--never a dull moment and I *loved* how just the smallest details linked everything together. I swear...There's just not enough shows of that quality on TV anymore.

And Eliza Dushku? *So* on my top five fave actresses list, now.

I hope this show doesn't meet an untimely demise like Brids of Prey and Firefly.

So, *so* loved this show...
 
This show is just awsome. I absolutely loved it. I'm dying to see next weeks episode.
 
I forgot to say that the one thing I didn't like...or actually just that didn't make sense to me, is how Tru said at the end that maybe this was her mother's way of saving her. But I didn't think they made it clear why she needs saving.
 
I think what she meant by that is that both her syblings ended up screwed up and even though Tru was the better of three, it was only time before she ended up just as screwed. So, maybe it was her mum's way of saving her before she became a messed up kid.
 
I think maybe it was saving Tru from her guilt over feeling like she couldn't save her mother. That maybe this was her mom's way of saving her from her feelings of guilt. It is sort of one of those debateable obscure things... but maybe it's something that will be made clearer also through the development of Tru's character. I mean maybe it's just the hint drop to more that will be learned of Tru and her past. I mean obviously they couldn't tell us everything in ep one. Or maybe it's intended to be something we can interpret for ourselves about what that may mean for Tru...

but in any case, I really liked the show, and am very excited for next week... just LOVE Eliza!
 
I really enjoyed the episode too.

I liked most of the changes they made...they made the show flow very well.

I didn't like the "catch up" segment at 8:30 though.
What was THAT about?

Watched Friends? HERE...this is what you missed?
Just weird.

But over all...I think it was a job well done.

I've added some caps over at the site, let me know if you guys think they are crap, and I should keep them to my self. 🙂
 
I loved the show. I think Eliza is the perfect actress for Tru. I just love stuff like this and I think they did a really good job with this 1st show. About what Tru said at the end, that maybe this was her mother's way of saving her-----I don't think it was meant to be understood at this time. The purpose of that line may also be so our minds can comtemplate the possibilities of what it may mean. As for me, I will be putting some thought into it. I think it was a good ending.
 
Before the pilot even aired i was like "this is my new show" after Buffy ended...but now that i've actually SEEN the ep I'm so excited about the rest of the seaon and I can say it's my new show and believe it🙂. The direction was awesome, the cast, I thought, had great chemistry and it's one of the few shows that I sat at the edge of my seat shouting at the sceen "save her!! REBECCA NO!!!" lol (yeah i'm a dork).

But talking to the tv proves that it's a show worthy of NON-cancellation! (grr studio execs) The ending almost made me cry too....almost *blush*
